first course

champagne and crystallised ginger

second course, choose a starter

roasted tomato and lavender soup with purple basil, served with carrot and caraway muffin

fennel, leek, parmesan and tarragon filo pie

organic garden selection of wild mushrooms cooked in sage butter and chilli oil with homemade roast garlic and hazelnut bread

ballotine of poached salmon, quail egg, caviar creme fraiche and lemon oil

third course

kiwi and lemon grass ice-lolly

fourth course, choose a main dish

rack of lamb, savoury port and wild mushroom creme brulee, port and cinnamon jus and red onion shepherds pie

aberdeen angus fillet steak, smoked bacon jus, braised leeks, rich butter fondant potato and caramelised shallot puree

fillet of halibut with a smoked mussel and green pea broth served with traditional mashed potatoes

roast tomato and cumin risotto with smoked cheddar and spinach cannelloni served with carrot and cardamon sauce

fifth course

coconut panacotta with candied lime

sixth course
